Information Collection and Use

• CoNotes collects personal information when you register with CoNotes, and when you visit CoNotes pages.
• When you register we ask for information such as your email address, education, occupation, industry, and personal interests. When you register with CoNotes and sign in to our services, we are able to identify you.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• CoNotes does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide the services you've requested, or under the following circumstances:
  • We provide information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with CoNotes under confidentiality agreements. These companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

• CoNotes displays targeted advertisements and job postings based on personal information.
  • CoNotes does not provide any information to the advertiser when you view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
  • CoNotes does not provide any information to companies that show job postings on CoNotes. However, CoNotes is not responsible for any information that you provide in response a job posting.
• CoNotes allows other users to contact you. CoNotes is not responsible for any information that you send to other users.

Cookies

• CoNotes may set and access CoNotes cookies on your computer.
• CoNotes lets other companies show advertisements. These companies may set and access their own cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not CoNotes'. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to CoNotes' cookies.

Account Information and Preferences

• You can edit your CoNotes account information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you communications relating to the CoNotes service, such as service announcements and administrative messages without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

• CoNotes employees may need to gain access to your account information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
