Surviving travel agents take new direction

Busy Spokane venture capitalist Tom Simpson says he hasn’t used a travel agent in 10 years. “I can do all my booking on the Web,” said Simpson, who travels frequently as managing partner of Spokane-based Northwest Venture Partners.
