Discovery Air fires founder amid sagging financial results

London-based Discovery Air has fired its founder and chief executive, David Taylor. Taylor, also chief executive of Pacific and Western Bank in London, was dismissed by the aviation business’s board of directors after posting poor second-quarter results.
