LARKSPUR – An idea whose birth resulted from the frustrations of a “recovering” software tech, a former vice president of human resources and a past hiring manager is carving a new road in the business of recruiting, and this year North Bay-born Accolo Inc. will expand to three additional large metropolitan areas.
