Job posting at We are currently seeking a dynamic self-starter and leader for an immediately available position as Senior Accountant. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and the Controller, this individual will be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual that can multi-task under pressure and complete all aspects of their role accurately and on or before deadlines. A Senior Accountant is responsible for independent performance of professional accounting and maintaining the centralized revenue and expenditure accounts for the company.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures sufficient to compile reports concerning financial status and operating procedures of organizations
- Good knowledge of internal account files sufficient to allocate expenditures or encumbrances
- Ability to select information from sources such as financial and internal DOSS records and to organize information for reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
