Company Overview:

DocuSign is the leading enterprise class, on-demand (SaaS) electronic signature and contract execution service. Our company goal is the worldwide replacement of the traditional pen/paper signature process for legally binding documents. Virtually 100% of documents are created electronically; traditionally they are then printed to paper and transported round trip for pen signatures, and then scanned back into electronic format for storage. DocuSign replaces paper with a fully electronic, secure contract execution thus rendering the paper/pen process obsolete. The positive impacts are tremendous including huge cost reductions and revenue increases for our clients. The market in North America alone is conservatively estimated at over $5 Billion annually. The company has exited the start-up stage, and along with our four blue chip venture investors, has entered the explosive growth stage. This is the opportunity of a lifetime to be part of a fast rising star.
