Position:

The Account Manager/Customer Experience Coordinator plays a significant role in the success of the business. You will be responsible for building, nurturing and growing the expanding network of Phreesia practices. Your targeted market will be US based physician’s, doctor’s offices and medical clinics. Compensation is salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and recruit physician’s offices and/or practices to improve the patient experience by using the Phreesia system
  • Educate and set expectations regarding the Phreesia system, from delivery through to ongoing daily use
  • Field and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding the use of Phreesia
  • Nurture Phreesia physician relationships ensuring maximum satisfaction and use of the Phreesia system
  • Implement innovative programs to increase utilization and physician satisfaction
  • Input and maintain the Phreesia CRM with up to date communications, conversations and correspondence with physicians and their personnel
Qualifications:

We are looking for a number of Account Manager/ Customer Experience Coordinators with a range of experience from one to five years and are open to considering entry level candidates. Individuals with a determination to be successful and a willingness to work hard are encouraged to respond.

Experience and Attitude:
  • Previous sales experience or determined to make “sales” a career
  • Exposure to the US Medical industry – physician’s office in particular is a plus
  • Self-starter, highly motivated
  • Entrepreneurial and enjoys working independently
  • Enjoys the challenges of a startup and working in a team environment
Education:

University or College Degree or equivalent work experience

Skills:
  • Professional in appearance, attitude and communications
  • Superior communications, interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Basic sales skills – presentations, closing, objection handling
  • PC skills (MSword, Excel, PPT, eMail)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
  • Ability to travel, possibly on short notice
  • Disciplined Ability to maintain Sales Database.
