This key position has responsibility for the initial configuration and support of subscribers to a sales performance management solution (Centive Compel). The consultant will be expected to serve as a primary point of customer contact, assist customers with configuration and support questions as they arise, and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of internal services documentation, including but not limited to the Compel Knowledgebase and Compel Services Methodology. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and consultation to customers, for their initial configuration of Compel.
  • Day to day management of a small business team, during the initial configuration process of a customer account. The team is estimated to be between 1-3 business analysts (may all be clients).
  • Research and implement unique configurations of the Compel tool, in order to meet a customer’s unique business or technical requirements.
  • Answer customers’ questions on an on-going basis, throughout their account life cycles.
  • Balance the support of multiple accounts at one time.
  • Escalate any relevant issues/risks concerning customer requirements and how it may impact the overall project timeline, to the Compel Team.
  • Document all Compel processes/procedures and engage in a continual evaluation and improvement of those processes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
  • General knowledge or experience with sales or HR compensation highly recommended
Travel Expectations
  • Occasional Travel (<20%)
