Director, Client Services - West

Tremor Media is the leading online video advertising network providing advertisers with both in-banner and in-stream video advertising opportunities.  The Director of Client Services will play a key role in the execution of in-stream and rich media advertising campaigns, focusing on efficient campaign activation, insightful campaign reporting and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  •        Working from the Companies NYC-based headquarters, manage team of Client Service Account Managers (in NYC and in other offices) handling clients located in the western half of the U.S.
  •        Define clear and measurable goals that promote individual development and that are aligned with organizational objectives
  •        Develop the team to support continued organizational expansion and growth
  •        Identify and implement alternative methods of solving operational and customer issues
  •        Provide regular campaign reports and updates to the Sr. Director of Client Services
  •        Ensure consistent and successful campaign execution, working closely and coordinating with Sales, Ad Operations, Creative Team and Network Development
  •        Assist in the development of best practices for customer service and campaign reporting
  •        Help identify and drive up-sell opportunities and renewal/repeat business
  •        Develop and grow relationships with members of the client base and foster a strategic partnership with the Tremor sales representatives to ensure sales and margin growth 

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual able to collaborate with all levels of internal staff to ensure successful campaign execution. Specific qualifications include:

  •        Bachelor’s degree required
  •        3+ years demonstrated experience in Internet Marketing and Client Services working in dynamic, growth organizations with exhibited supervisory responsibilities
  •        Proven experience leading and managing service teams
  •        Successful track record servicing ad agencies/advertisers
  •        Strong financial and business acumen
  •        Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams
  •        Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  •        Effective problem solving, analysis, and resolution skills
  •        Exceptional interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  •        Excellent computer skills: Excel, Power Point and Word
  •        Strong client management and project management skills
  •        Deep understanding of data analysis and how to turn data into insights
  •        Familiarity with 3rd Party AdServing Technologies & Campaign Management Tools
  •        An ability to motivate and influence all stakeholders in the campaign execution process
  •        Some travel may be required
