Department: Corporate – Marketing/Online Communications
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as senior contact for clients, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource and counselor to clients; will provide strategic guidance to clients on an ongoing basis and anticipate and address client needs. Will manage and delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of all accounts while driving consistent media results; Help account team(s) work effectively and in the best interest of client(s), while maximizing agency’s network of resources to enhance client services; develop strategy for implementing successful client programs; Focus on garnering new business; take a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations; work with account team(s) to build incremental business; Participate in external company promotion through articles, speeches, presentations, professional memberships, etc. Ability to secure top-tier media placements is a must.
Qualifications:
B.A./ B.S. in Public Relations, Marketing or related field; At least 6 years of PR agency experience; Background in Marketing Communications, Advertising, Online Media, Social Networking is a must; Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Proven Client Relations and Supervisory Skills; Creative and energetic personality; Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
