Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team workflow and take ownership of account work while driving consistent media results; report status of accounts to Direct Supervisor; Research, negotiate and secure sponsorship opportunities for Clients; Handle all logistics for all sponsorship events; Write and edit all media materials – press kits, press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, bios, case studies and backgrounders; Develop and maintain relationships with influential members of the media in order to ensure placements; Develop strategic communication plans, including media opportunities, tactics, and timelines consistent with overall PR strategy; Secure all red-carpet press for all Client events; Daily contact with major venues, hotels and restaurants as well as personal contacts in relation to event sponsorships for Clients; Wrangle celebrities, socialites, tastemakers; Secure all pre-event, red-carpet and post-event coverage at all events; Secure sightings in weeklies and dailies.

Qualifications:

B.A./ B.S. in Public Relations, Marketing or related field; At least 3-4 years of PR agency experience; Entertainment background with strong contacts; Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Organization and Good Follow-through; Creative and energetic personality; Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment;
