Palo Alto based Azureus is the provider of one of the most popular P2P applications for file transfer found on the internet today, Vuze. The 140 million downloaders of Vuze come from 100 countries, and they share long-form, High Definition or DVD-like videos. In addition, Azureus has partnered with many media corporations including BBC Worldwide, Showtime Networks and A&E to provide licensed digital content.
Azureus, Inc. was formed by some of the core developers of the open source BitTorrent client Azureus.
